What is the turn around time?
We currently aim to have orders made and shipped within 48-72hrs!

UK: At current, our turn around time is 5-10 working days. All products are in stock and ready to ship, which means no more pre orders!
WorldWide: This time can vary, depending on restrictions, customs etc, but we aim to have items delivered within 2-4 weeks, this is just an estimated time and can change at at time. 

What print method do you use? 

We primarily use a method called DTG, which means the ink is absorbed directly into the fabric fibers, resulting in a softer, more flexible, and breathable feel. This is used on all of our T-shirt designs. Products like shorts etc are printed via DTF, meaning the design sits as a thin film layer on the fabric surface. It is durable and vibrant, though it may slightly reduce breathability in the area of the design.

What materials are your fabrics? 

Before we re-launched we spent alot of time researching for the perfect print partner and wanted to make sure they used high quality garments. Thankfully we found the perfect match, meaning every T-shirt design is printed on 100% cotton garments. Products like hoodies and sweatshirts are printed on a cotton blend, but we made sure it was a higher percentage of cotton.

Returns and Refunds.

At The Castle Club Co., all of our collections are released in limited runs. Because of the nature of our drops, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

We only accept returns and issue refunds if your item arrives damaged or faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are so sorry! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package so we can make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund on a faulty item:

The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.

You must provide proof of purchase and photos clearly showing the damage or defect.
