For orders, returns or exchanges, please include your order number, the email used at checkout and a description of the issue. If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, take clear photos as soon as you notice it and keep the item and relevant packaging.

This form does not accept attachments. Keep your photos ready to send in reply to our email, or send them directly to castleclubcrafts@gmail.com with your order number. Please do not include payment-card details or passwords.
