Using the store & ordering

Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details, and check your chosen item, colour and size before completing checkout. You must be authorised to use the payment method you provide. Do not use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with it or submit fraudulent orders.

Our clothing is printed to order. We recommend checking the size guide before purchasing. Product descriptions and measurements explain the intended fit; different garment styles can fit differently.

Prices, availability & errors

The currency, item price, applicable taxes and delivery charges shown at checkout form the amount you agree to pay. Prices may change for future orders. If we discover an error or cannot supply an item, we will contact you and offer the available options, including a refund where appropriate. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an agreed price without your agreement.

Photographs and screen settings can affect the way colours appear. This does not limit your right to receive goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality.

Changes, cancellations & returns

Contact us promptly if you need to change an order. Production may prevent us from making a requested change, but it does not remove any legal cancellation rights. Our returns and refunds policy sets out the process, including statutory cancellations and remedies for faulty or incorrect goods.

We do not provide free replacements or complimentary size exchanges solely because a customer selected the wrong size. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Delivery

Our shipping policy explains production, delivery, address changes and missing parcels. Read the delivery information before ordering, particularly if your purchase is needed for a specific date.

Website content & privacy

Website content belongs to us or its respective rights holders. You may browse and use the site to shop, but may not copy or commercially reuse protected content without permission or another lawful basis. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy practices apply.

Responsibility & your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without taking away mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings available to consumers where they live. Updated terms apply to future orders; the terms in force when you order apply to that purchase.
